When I was younger I would stay up and watch Late Night with Conan O'Brien.
I remember having to be up early for school, I would power through just for the laughs. A complete waste of time? I think not. I'm sure staying up late to relish in hateful thoughts would be a complete waste of time.
But hey, who am I tho right!? š¶āš«ļøš
Lately I've been intrigued by the shifts in social climate.
Kinda surreal in a Game of Thrones type of way. If you've never watched the show š¬
It's ok. I'm sure we all would never vote for someone who believes they are above the law and should have complete control.
ššššš½.....? Right?
Honestly tho you'd be surprised by some people and what they classify as a
"fair and equal policy."
I love this topic about immigration especially when by definition everyone in "America" is a person who has come to a country other than their birth country to live there permanently. Immigrants may have chosen to leave their home country or been forced to do so. Also note that I've highlighted the word "America" because clearly this land before "Discovery" had a another name.
The name "America" is generally believed to come from the Italian explorer Amerigo Vespucci, who explored the New World for Spain and Portugal after Christopher Columbus's first voyage in 1492. In 1507, German cartographer Martin WaldseemĆ¼ller used the name "America" on his 12-panel map Universalis Cosmographia to refer to the land that Vespucci explored, which is now Brazil.
Let's think š¤...
For example a home is named "You're House". I stay down the street but traveling down the block I discover "You're House".
I go back down the street gather more people from "My House" come back and take over "You're House" and then call it the White House.
Inclusion is a dangerous drug though combined with impulsive hatred, misinformation and racial superiority is the devide and conquer formate executed to perfection. I'm sure while reading this someone one is sitting behind the computer š¬ thinking of some hateful responses. Exactly my point though this stems deeper than disagreements.
Saul Alinski: Rules For Radicals
RULE 4: āMake the enemy live up to its own book of rules.ā If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious rule. The besieged entityās very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.)
I'm dedicating this blog to a special influence in my life. I haven't talked this person in years. But I still remember the first day we met. -- Hollywood K.
A xenophobe is someone having or showing a dislike of or prejudice against people from other countries.
So many hearts came together in Hyde Park. As time moves forward remember the art that held US together.
